Been with a group of friends this evening to see The London Community Gospel Choir in Canterbury.
They were excellent and it was a really fun night out. Personally I enjoyed their renditions of “Down By the Riverside” (a really powerful anti-war song) and “Something Inside So Strong” most.

Decided to cheer my lounge up on a shoe string yesterday. Three King Size sheets in Woolies (lovely burgandy colour which contrasts with existing mint cushions on top) gave me matching throws for sofa, and two arm chairs for under £15 in total.
Note flat sheets required for arm chairs but fitted sheet works on [...]
